The thesis is a theoretically-experimental research of the problem of formation a young teachers readiness for innovation activity in the system of methodical work at school. The conception "readiness to innovation activity" has been made exact in the thesis, the structure of this complicated personal formation has been distinguished, its sense and content have been defined. Creation, indices and levels of readiness to innovation activity have been singled out, methods of diagnosis of existing level of young teachers' readiness to innovation activity have. Effectiveness of totality of pedagogical conditions providing good results of model of formation readiness to innovation activity by means of methodical work at school was revealed and checked. Effectiveness of methodical recommendations given to Mathematics and Physics teachers as to building this complicated personal formation in the system of methodical education was approbated.
