Essay

Object: fermentative processes of the subsratum preparation for growing of two sporous field mushroom with different nitrogen-containing additions, their forms, doses, terms of appli - cation. Aim: to work out a recipe of the balanced by nutrients substratum for growing of two sporous field mushroom on the basis of application of nitrogen-containing organic and mineral additions. Methods: visual, measuring-weighting, chemical, mathematical-statistic, calculation. Novelty: for the first time in Ukraine there has been conducted an economically-biological evaluation of nitrogen mineral application when substratum producing. There have been theoretical substanti ated and experimentally proved efficiency of combined application of the best forms of nitrogen fertiligers with optimal doses and terms of organic additions application when producing highqnalitative substratum.Variety study of four strains of two sporous field mushroom on optimized substrata has been carried oud. Results: there has been determined the positive influence of amide and ammoniak-nitrate forms of mineral nitrogenous fertiligers and organic additions ( soy-bean cake and malt shoots) when they are used as nitrogen containing additions of the substratum. The combined application of carbamide and quality increased. The combined application of carbamide and soy-bean cake favoured the significant increase of the two sporous field mushrooom yield ( strain IBK-25 - 23.8 kg/m2, strain A-130 - 23.1 kg/m2 ).
