Mojaikina O. Psychological principles of the diagnostics and correction of illegal behavior of the underage at the comprehensive educational establishments

The dissertation research is dedicated to the problem of developing effective methods and means of the psychological diagnostics and correction of delinquent behavior of the underage in the conditions of the comprehensive educational establishments. Illegal (delinquent) behavior is studied as a socio-psychological problem. It is considered as petty offenses that don't level to a crime prosecuted in a criminal procedure. The dissertation research is aimed at the complex analysis of the psychological and legal aspects of the psychological diagnostics and correction of delinquent behavior of the underage. A special attention is paid to the search of the evaluation criteria of the underage delinquent behavior predisposition, the optimal complex of its psychological diagnostics methods and the psychological conditions and possibilities of the effective use of the psychocorrectional work methods directed at overcoming aggression, the development of reflexion and adequate self-esteem in the underage, the aspiration for self-fulfillment, the formation of socially accepted behavioral patterns.
