Essay

The object of research is. planning process of building radio broadcasting satellite for high-definition television with the requirements of compatibility with other radio services. Subject of research - to build an adaptive network of satellite broadcasting high-definition television with the effective use of frequency-orbit resource. Methods. We used the methods of system analysis, methods of propagation theory, methods of optimal planning, methods of mathematical interpretation of the results of scientific experiments. Scientific novelty of the results - the first time evaluated the requirements for frequency-orbit resources for the implementation of high definition television systems for the challenges of building systems, terrestrial broadcast and cable ways to deliver satellite signals. For the first time an analysis of characteristics of standards broadcast satellite second generation in terms of transfer programs HDTV. A model describing systems of high definition television. A model of determining the level of the signal at the receiver input the Earth Station satellite service for the implementation of high-definition television broadcasting. Improved method for the effective use of frequency-orbit resource, based on adaptive parameter control signal transmission of HDTV in the satellite environment. The practical significance of the results: The approach to the planning of satellite television broadcasting high-definition can be used both for the voice service, and for other radio services. Recommendations for the introduction of satellite service high-definition TV, including interactive and extend information sharing on a regional and national scale, and facilitate the introduction of information society technologies; results of the analysis method higher spectral efficiency can be drawn based on the quantitative interpretation of the options of digital satellite television broadcasting in high definition national information environment. The results of the thesis introduced in the educational process in the Odessa National Academy of Telecommunications n. a. A. S Popov, and in force at the base of her mastery of an International Telecommunication Union.
