Essay

The thesis is concerned with the issue of optimization of future pedagogues' professional axiogenesis. Future pedagogues' professional axiogenesis is viewed as continuous integral value-sense development of subject of professional activity. The empirical indices of future pedagogues' professional axiogenesis (value orientations, motivation, person's directivity, teacher's professional positions, sense of life orientations, internality) are investigated. Criteria and indices of professional axiogenesis are defined. Data on the levels its expression amongst the future pedagogues' professional axiogenesis are presented. Psychological factors of optimization of future pedagogues' professional axiogenesis in the educational process are determined. The psychological-and-pedagogical program of sense-and-value development optimization for students studying to pursue the teaching profession has been developed, tested, along with the tested efficiency of this experimental program.
