Renke S. Psychological factors of the professional self-image formation in future psychologists.

This research shows the content and dynamic of the professional self-image formation process opening that transform over the professional self-determination, self-organization and personalization. The taxonomy of self-image professional is proposed, which is depended on emotional-value attitude to oneself and to profession, self-development attitude. Five types of professional self-image formation were determinate by the empirical study: harmonic, conventional, generic, unclear, quasi-image. Dependency was determinate between the professional "I am" image formation type and personality projection character of "I am" self-determination as the self-actualization subject especially in function of completed, autonomous, premature, conformism or diffusive identity. Professional self-image process formation dependency from gender factor was found, motivation area content and dynamic characteristics particularities, and also such situational factor as study form. It was proved that the special process organization of harmonic or conventional professional image type mastering contribute to psychological consolidation formations that became the mechanism and in the same time the means of positive professional self-image personality formation.
