The dissertation is devoted to the development and substantiation of scientific and methodological principles of formation and developing the mechanisms of financial resources of the aerospace industry, including Ukrainian while globalization. The analysis and summary of the essence of financial resources in the world financial market were provided. The trends in attracting the necessary capital by selling shares on stock exchanges in world financial markets were identified. The scientific and systematic approaches institutions and mechanisms of adaptation of Ukrainian financial market instruments (including the aerospace industry companies) to international standards were grounded.
