Kultenko A. Juridical and psychological determinants of the content and professional employees of the National Central Bureau of Interpol in Ukraine

The paper presents the results of theoretical and experimental analysis of legal, organizational, methodological and juridical and psychological foundations of the process of becoming a professional employee of the NCB of Interpol in Ukraine, directions and methods for the formation of his professional and psychological characteristics and qualities. The qualification description and psychogram of the personnel of the Work Staff NCB of Interpol in Ukraine has been worked out envolving fourty factors of all the structural components of the individual inspector: purposefulness and orientation, distinctive features, cognitive mental processes and speaking abilities, psycho-physical peculiarities It has determined the optimization directions and means to train experts and to prepare them psychologically for their work as experts at the educational establishments, namely: consideration of psychological aspects while teaching fundamental and professional course of studies; general psychological training as organized and purposeful process of mastering general psychological culture; special psychological training, which means the formation of high-professional psychological peculiarities and qualities, required for successful performance of official duties
