Gutor T. System of monitoring of health of population in a primary level of medical supplying

Research object: system of primary medical-sanitary care. Aim of work: to develop and ground monitoring system of the population health condition at the primary medical-sanitary care level. Research methods: bibliographic, retrospective, sociological research, medical-statistical analyze, logical, scientific abstraction, system approach and system analyze, expert assessment, structural-logical analyze. Theoretical and practical results: in the dissertation is suggested theoretical summing and is grounded solution of the actual scientific aim concerning improvement the current system of primary medical-sanitary care. Low health level of patients of family doctors is established by self-assessment method, and defined main factors, that have negative influence on their health condition. It has been investigated that the current health condition according to demographic rates and morbidity rate has tendency to worsening. It has been developed and grounded the monitoring system of the population health condition, with the help of electronic health passport, which introduction will increase population health level and decrease morbidity rate, and that has significant practical importance. Novelty of the monitoring system of the population health condition at the primary medical-sanitary care level lie in developing on the basis of: erudition level of family doctors' patients in the content and importance of monitoring technologies in the process of strengthening and preserving population health; health condition of patients of family doctors in Lviv city; and main integral rates, that characterize demographic processes and morbidity rates of population of Ukraine. Introduction level: research results have been used in the 6 health care establishments and during development the computer medical information system and so assured its suitableness and efficiency.
