Essay

This paper investigated the features of physical development, physical training, somatic health and psychological characteristics of children 6-8 years .It is proved that the differential (by separate indicators) and the generalized (by complex indicators) estimation of the level of physical development allow to determine not only the degree of children's physical training but also harmony of each separate indicator. With these data about physical development the teacher of physical culture can choose specific exercises for purposeful physical improvements for children of 6-8 years. Analyzed the relationship and intercommunication of physical activity on physical preparedness of children. Shown that playing football aimed at developing speed and power-speed skills of children 6-8 years and causes to improve the indicators of general physical training. It is proved that the children playing football have the best physiological indicators that show the level of mental capacity. However, it is observed increase of immune protection at the local level indicators of resistance that must be considered by determining the state of somatic health of children. Complex estimation of physical development, health groups taking into account the immune status and mental capacity with defined age peculiarity of intra-group distribution of these indicators allow to evaluate the morpho-functional quality and reserves of child's organism that should be considered by the development of program of physical training for pupils. It objectively justified considering the important role of all components in creating a football program, which were formed appropriate pedagogical principles, methods, that provided the effective teaching conditions for primary school children.
