Essay

The thesis is devoted to the actual problem of the formation of the readiness of future teachers of foreign languages for personality-centered teaching high school pupils. The research work gives concrete expression to the notions of the personality-centered teaching, readiness for personality-centered teaching, its contents, structural components, indices and levels of forming of this complex personal unit as an important characteristic of the professionalism of a teacher. The complex of pedagogical conditions is revealed and their effectiveness in forming of the studied phenomenon is experimentally tested. While conducting the forming experiment the method and technology were approved, the model of the readiness of future teachers of foreign languages for personality-centered teaching high school pupils was theoretically grounded and experimentally tested.
