Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the questions of perfection of the medical criteria in management during the women athletes training in the weightlifting and taekwondo, in order to provide the most effective medical control. Investigation of 102 women by age from 15 till 28 years is carried: 57 sportswomen who are engaged in weightlifting and taekwondo and 45 women, not engaged in sports sections. In work the big frequency of infringements of reproductive function at sportswomen in comparison with women of control group is proved. The athletes have more frequent opsomenorrhea, algodysmenorrhea and oligomenorrhea. The leading mechanism of these infringements development is dysbalance in system hypothalamus-hypotheses-adrenal glands-ovaries with occurrence hyperandrogeny signs owing to irrational physical and psychoemotional loadings, haven’t account at construction of training-competitive loadings of features of cyclic changes of an organism of women-sportswomen, restrictions in food intake in a precompetitive mesocycle. Established dynamics of indicators anaerobic physical working capacity in process of menstrual cycle testifies to necessity of the account of a cycle phase to construction of training-competitive loadings at sportswomen. Possibility of use of indicators of the heart rhythm variability for the characteristic of organism adaptation level to speed and power loadings, and also for diagnostics of early signs of a physical overstrain of vegetative nervous system at sportswomen who are engaged weightlifting and taekwondo is proved.
