Essay

Theoretical foundations of regime analysis applied to the international cooperation have been revealed. It has been ascertained that the essence of the researched influence strength consists in a constructive driving force the Franco-German cooperation serves as against the security and defence integration in Europe in a form of a bilateral international cooperation regime. It has been discovered that the regime influence ratio is expressed in a way the Franco-German cooperation constitutes the necessary and chiefly sufficient condition for the development of the European Security and Defence Policy.
