Essay

The thesis gives grounding of rational parameters of mechanized complex equipment for raise support. New solution of an urgent scientific task of efficiency increase of raise support by splashing concrete by means of radial-circular air-concrete stream due to established mechanism of gas dynamic processes in "compressed air - concrete mixture" environment concerning nozzle blocks of mining mechanized complexes is given in the thesis. It allows equipment productivity increasing, decreasing concrete mixture loss and cost price of underground mining, as well as improving working conditions and safety of mining personnel. Mechanism of gas dynamic processes of air - concrete mixture motion and nozzle blocks formation of splashing concrete complex of radial-circular stream are grounded. Equipment rational parameters of forming support layer on raise surface are proved. Mechanization means of raise support of splash-pouring process and timbering mechanization technological schemes by mechanized complex of lifting excavations are determined.
