Essay

In the dissertation the research of Ukrainian avant-guard - bright phenomenon of Ukrainian culture, formation and development of which connected to 10-th - beginning of 30-th years last century is performed. In the work the potential of interdisciplinary approach is argumented, which connect the possibilities of such humanitarian sciences as philosophy, aesthetics, study of literature, study of art and the accent is made on the culturological analysis, which allows to see the phenomenon of avant-guard in integrity. The Ukrainian avant-guard is being analyzed taking in consideration those changes, which took place in European theory thanks to influence of philosophy-aesthetic and social-cultural ideas of Ten, Nietzsche, Bergson, Freud, Ortega-and-Gasset and others. Specific characters of this phenomenon are grounded: interaction of national and universal aspects, form-creating, experiments with color, rhythm and "synthesis of feelings", application of folk traditions, and also the implementation of the aesthetic-art characteristics of avant-guard practically in all kinds of art. Based on conception "self-analysis of artist", is considered the input of Ukrainian artists, poets, theatre producers (A. Bogomazov, M. Boychuk, K. Malevich, L. Kurbas, A. Ekster, M. Semenko, V. Palmov, K. Red'ko) in development of theoretical basis of avant-guard art, which developed thanks to theoretical-practical parity mostly.
