The essence of a country foreign trade transport providing concept was exposed on the basis of transport services place and role analysis during foreign trade operations realization, the dependence of its parameters on the separate export-import cargoes terms delivery and on the international determinants of the world market transport services was found out. The modern condition of the transport service system providing to foreign trade operations in Ukraine was analyzed. The conceptual model of the effective country's foreign trade transport providing was worked out and grounded.
