Complex research of position of population of Steppe Pobyzhzhya of XVI - X centuries B.C. is carried out on the basis of studied works of predecessors and own researches (the materials of archeological expeditions, archived documents).The specific of the directions of development of habitants' economy in the period of transition from late Bronze to early Ferrous age is determined. Changes in religiously ideological opinions of Steppe Pobyzhzhya habitants are shown in the context of ethnographic parallels. The problems of social structure of East part of North -West Black sea coast tribes and the peculiarities of habitants' burying of the XVI - X centuries B.C. are analyzed.
