The dissertation is a practical study of the Web-based learning environment as a means of motivating speech of senior pupils with hearing impairments. Systematic analysis of both general and special scientific pedagogical and methodological literature enables us to formulate the main theoretical principles of formation of the Web-based learning environment and to elaborate the pedagogical technology of organizing this environment as a means of motivating speech of senior pupils with hearing impairments.
