Theoretical and applied bases of process of development of professional identity of future specialists of pedagogical type are developed in dissertation. The developed system from development of professional identity is the process of representatives of professional group. It is well-proven that influence is on communicativeness, empation and emotionally volitional qualities personalities of future allows to promote the dynamic and rich in content indexes of professional identity and formed of appearance of professional "I".
