Zayats O. Organizationally pedagogical terms of preparation of leaders of general educational establishments are to administrative activity

In dissertation examined: concept of "management education" as special link (constituent, direction) in the system of social management; task of management education: support of purposefulness and good organization of an educational-educate process, efficiency of introduction of innovative and providing facilities; administrative shots: problem of preparation; the in-plant training and retraining of leading shots is in education. A question is considered: a value of information and its necessity is for a management in the process of his democratization; a problem of amount and quality of information is for a management education on the different levels of its organization; ways of overcoming of existent deficit of information; a problem of "informative surplus" is in a management education; forming of informative network and problem of intensification of management education.
