The researcher has conducted complex analysis of terrorism as modern politics phenomenon in context of its influence on international politics' state and development. International terrorism is seen as a new social and political threat to world regional and international peace and security, qualitatively upscale challenge to state's security and cooperation. The features of terrorism are reflected in threats, its illegal acts unpredictability and massive victim attacks. Terror act creates a negative moral and psychological atmosphere of constant fear and insecurity, whereas even a threat to terror may lead to chaos and destruction. The author underlines asocial and illegal core of any of the terror act or attack, believing intimidation is the very terrorism's characteristic.
