Object: process of professional training of future specialists in tourism sphere in higher educational establishments (I-II accreditation Level); the purpose: consists in working out, scientific grounding and experimental checking pedagogical conditions ensuring efficiency of the process of forming the culture of professional communication for future specialists in tourism sphere in the teaching and educational process in College; methods: Literature analysis, modeling, expert assessing, pedagogical experiment; novelty: pedagogical conditions of forming the culture of professional communication of future specialists in tourism sphere in teaching and educational process of college have been determined and grounded; the results: the programmer of forming the culture of professional communication, working programmers and teaching-methodical providing for courses ”Communication psychology principles“, “Excursion study”, video for communicative trainings, creative tasks have been worked out; field – theory and methodology of professional education
