The research studies the problems concerning the functioning of political advertising as part of the ideology, propaganda, campaigning, esthetics, and culture. Literary sources on culture phenomenon of the political advertising were analyzed as well as studies on communication, information, and the marketing systems of advertising. Also, invariance of the transformation of the political advertising was examined in democratic, as well as totalitarian and post totalitarian societies; public relations, publicity, and promotion are characterized.
