Korchevsky A. Vibration-pneumatic separation of cable-explorer products crow-bar

Dissertation is devoted to the decision of actual scientific and technical task of ground of the mode of division of crow-bar of cable-explorer products at vibration-pneumatic dry separation. It was found that efficiency of particles separation depends on the material layer dilation in the working space of a separator. Optimum range of dilation has been found. On this basis dependences of results of separation from material dilation and rational parameters of process was determined. The scientific value of this work consists of opening the influence of particles move and co-operation parameters of cable-explorer products crow-bar in working space of vibration-pneumatic separator depending on material dilation. The rational range of dilation change is scientifically grounded, the model of vibration-pneumatic separation is got. On the base of model rational parameters and technological modes of process are determined. The results of this investigation were inculcated in DоnNIICM. The stand tests confirmed technological mode efficiency. A possible economic effect makes a 60 thousand of UAH.
