Object - the future teachers' subjectivity in the educational process; objective - to define the dynamics, factors and development means system of the future teachers of the various specializations in the educational process; methods - theoretical and methodological analysis, systematization and generalization of the psychological data, theoretical modeling, stating experiment, forming experiment, methods of mathematical statistics; novelty - there has been revealed for the first time the connection between the professional self-consciousness integral factor and structural and level peculiarities of the future teacher's subjectivity; there has been deepened the notion of the future teachers' subjectivity dynamics on the first, third and fifth year of studying; there has been deepened the idea of the psychological factors of the future teacher's subjectivity dynamics; classification means of the approaches to the future teacher's subjectivity study in the process of his/her professional training have been further developed; research diagnostic procedures of the subjectivity and professional self-consciousness development have been further developed; development means of the future teacher's subjectivity have been improved by creating the subjectivity development program foreseeing the realization of the developmental influence on the student's professional self-consciousness in the educational process; results - the obtained results may be used for creating conditions for the effective subjective growth of the students of the various specializations taking into account the revealed regularity of the future teacher's subjectivity dynamics in the educational process, and also during solving the students' problems in general and individual problems of this social group representatives in particular; the developed program of the future teacher's subjectivity development may be used both by a practical psychologist of the higher education establishment and by the professors and organizers of the educational process in the higher educational establishments; field of research - psychology
