The dissertation is devoted to the problem of future teachers training to be able to organize leisure activities of schoolchildren on the basis of marketing approach. The analysis of existing scientific researches within studied problem has been done. The core of the term "cultural leisure" has been discovered as well as the term "cultural leisure of schoolchildren" has been concreted and scientifically substantiated. On the basis of studying and analysing of scientific literature the content, structure and criteria and levels of future teachers' readiness to organize cultural leisure of schoolchildren on the basis of marketing approach. The pedagogical conditions of effective future teacher's training to be able to organize leisure activities of schoolchildren on the basis of marketing approach was substantiated.
