Essay

Research object is cold blood serum. Research aim is the examining of the effect of different cryopreservation regimens on keeping the proteins composition of cord blood serum (CBS), structural and functional properties of its protein macromolecules, as well as studying the biological activity and efficiency of CBS in experimental model of post-hysterectomy syndrome (PHS). Research methods are the ones of spectrophotometry, gel-chromatography, spin probe EPR, differential scanning calorimetry, immune enzyme analysis, morphological ones. Theoretical and practical results. For the first time the activity of cryopreserved CBS in experimental model of PHS if compared with substitutive hormonal therapy was studied. The findings enable the substantiation of economically profitable if compared with the temperature of liquid nitrogen long-term preservation of CBS preparations in freezing chambers at the temperature of -80?C with a high preserving of their biological activity and clinical efficiency. The results obtained using CBS in PHS experimental model allow the expecting of the effect from clinical application of the preparations based on CBS during the development of PHS.
