The dissertation investigates the problem of aesthetic world outlook formation of the future teachers of the humanitarian disciplines. In the research the teacher's aesthetic world outlook is determined as integrative professional-personal formation that stimulates self-realization of a teacher as the subject of professional-pedagogical activity, provides expanding of a wide range of his self-determination in the sphere of beauty and enables carrying out effective aesthetic-creative pedagogical activity; is distinguished by unique peculiarity that is stipulated by various field of interconnection of its structural components. In the process of research there have been defined components of a teacher's aesthetic world outlook: emotively-axiological, cognitionally-stimulating and conatively-creative. The evaluation of the levels of its formation has been carried out according to the following criteria and corresponding indices: emotionally-valuable, cognitively-motivated, actionally-creative. On the basis of these criteria and indices there have been defined three levels of aesthetic world outlook formation of future teachers: high, medium, low. The pedagogical conditions of aesthetic world outlook formation of the future teachers of the humanitarian disciplines have been scientifically grounded: imparting to the educational process of higher educational establishment professionally-aesthetic orientation, attraction of students to variative aesthetic work in curriculum and extra-curriculum activity, inducing students to creation of their own educational-aesthetic products. The model of realization of the pedagogical conditions of aesthetic world outlook formation of the future teachers of the humanitarian disciplines has been elaborated, scientifically grounded and experimentally tested on the graded basis which included orienting, modeling and productive stages. There have been defined the priority tasks of the orienting stage of introduction of the experimental model of realization of the pedagogical conditions of aesthetic world outlook formation of the future teachers of the humanitarian disciplines: making students acquainted with the historical basis of formation of the phenomenon "world outlook"; consideration of the basic terms of research; systematization of aesthetic and art thesaurus of students; conceptualization of emotional-value attitude of future teachers to art; optimization of emotional and sensor spheres of students; emphasizing the specific character of different kinds of art. The results of the formative experiment showed statistically significant increasing of levels of aesthetic world outlook formation of the future teachers of the humanitarian disciplines what proves the effectiveness of the given model.
