Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of trainer's individual style of communication, his influence on the efficiency of sports team's joint activity. The theoretical study of qualitative and quantitative characteristics of trainer's interpersonal style of communication with sportswomen of different individual and team efficiency was performed in the work. The main pedagogical situations of joint activity forming interpersonal style of trainer's communication were singled out. It is proven superior performance of sports teams from interactive components style communicate trainer. The analyses of the research results and data interpretation of forming experiment demonstrate that the efficiency of the worked out styles of communication of trainer is determined by the content and directed to their use in the structure of joint activity. Practical recommendations for the trainers of youth sports schools were worked out to optimization of interaction in the system "trainer-sportsman".
