In dissertation you can see the theoretical generalization and new solution of scientific problem which consists in the efficiency of respiratory therapy by using volitional respiratory management of patients who suffer from bronchial asthma during physical rehabilitation which connected with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. It is revealed in positive changes of clinical conditions and increasing of functional reserves and also facilities prophylaxis and rapid relief of bronchospasm. The use of mutual potential elements of rehabilitation complex for rapid relief of bronchospasm is substantiated. The gradations of inspiratory and expiratory hypoxemic indexes and related differentiated respiratory intervals for bronchospasm prevention are defined. The scientific results concerning hemodynamic supply of long expiratory static effort which probably in living conditions and labor activities are obtained. A rapid relief of bronchospasm due to a combination of contrasting temperatures in warm and cold phases are proposed.
