Synchyshyna O. Formation of didactic culture of teachers of the higher military educational establishments

As the result of the research the essence and the structure of didactic culture of teachers of the higher military educational establishment have been clarified; the principal criteria and levels of its formation have been determined; the organizational and pedagogical conditions of formation of the specified quality of teachers of the higher military educational establishment (activization of inner professional motivation of teachers; combination of traditional and innovation forms of training of cadets and students; improvement of interrelation of subjective and subjective within the teacher-cadet system; implementation of scientifically substantiated pedagogical technique of formation of didactic culture of teachers of the higher military educational establishments; systematic analysis of results of teachers’ pedagogical activity and its correction). The model of its formation has been elaborated and experimentally verified. The results of experimental verification have proved the efficiency of the specified organizational and pedagogical conditions. The technique of determination of levels of its formation and the special-purpose programme of formation of didactic culture of teachers of the higher military educational establishments; scientific and methodical materials; methodical recommendations have been elaborated and they may be applied within the activity of teachers of the higher military educational establishments and in the process of self-education of the teaching staff.
