Kret R. Foreign policy of Belarus in the Conditions of Integration Transformations of Eastern Europe.

In the dissertation the complex research of foreign political course of the Republic of Belarus in the light of geopolitical transformations which took place in Eastern Europe in postbipolar period has been done.The author has analyzed the system approach to the process of formation and realization of foreign policy of Belarus under the influence of internal and international factors. The peculiarities of the character of preconditions and contradictions of strategic partnership of Belarus and Russia in the context of building "union state" have been established and the perspectives of relations in the policy of Minsk with regard to European Union and NATO after extension of European and Euroatlantic integration have been considered, the peculiarities of western measurement of foreign policy of RB in the conditions of strengthening authoritarian power of O. Lukashenko have been researched, the transformation of cooperation between Belarus and Ukraine in the context of "eastern policy" of EU have been observed. These key problems, with the help of which Belorussian power and scientific association form conceptional approaches to the place and role of Belarus on the international arena, give an opportunity to understand foreign policy course of Minsk, its characteristic features and peculiarities to take into account while discussing and adopting state decisions.
