Safronov D. Gastrointestinal motility disorders and methods of their correction in a complex of surgical treatment of abdominal trauma

Dissertational work is devoted perfection of diagnostics, forecasting ¬ and an individualization of treatment’s tactics of patients with abdominal trauma on the basis of studying gastrointestinal motility. On the basis of investigation of 125 patients with isolated or multiply abdominal trauma it was established, that disorders of gastro-intestinal motility finding at 78,4 % of victims with abdominal trauma, including at 62,4 % decompensate of motility. Their frequency and weight increases in process of increase in prescription and weight of a trauma, expressiveness of a shock, at a trauma of hollow organs with peritonitis, hematoma of gut mesenterium, liver ruptures, trauma of pancreas and pelvic fracture. The method of estimation of a gastro-intestinal motility condition with an index of accuracy of 92,1 % and a forecasting method of disorders of gastro-intestinal motility at victims with abdominal trauma with an index of accuracy of 87,2 % is developed. Differentiated tactics of preventive maintenance and treatment of motility disorders, which introduction promoted decrease in the general frequency of complications, is offered duration of a finding in a hospital days, lethality.
