Knysh S. International Legal Cooperation of States in the Fight against Illegal Migration.

Dissertation researches modern legal relations in the field of international legal cooperation of states in the fight against illegal migration, making of priority directions of co-operation of international law, standards and approaches of the states to counteract illegal migration, treatment of illegal immigrants and returning them to the countries of their birth or previous residence, participation of Ukraine in international cooperation concerning illegal migration and ensuring implementation of international obligations, finding out conceptual foundations of illegal migration and its legal nature as a crime of an international character, special features of criminalization of illegal migration in treaties and national legislation and estimation of possibilities of the use of international experience to improve criminal legislation and national strategy of Ukraine concerning fight against illegal migration.
