Isachenko V. Subjektive risk analysis in the structure of professional activity regulation of the Ministry of Emergencies personnel

Dissertational reserch is devoted to the subjective risk analysis in the structure of professional activity regulation of the Ministry of Emergencies personnel. The concept of risk in modern psychology, classification of kinda and categorical characteristic of uncertainty and risk are given in this work. Features of professional risk and the charakteristik of the Ministry of Emergencies personnel's activity are revealed. It has been investigated that the activity of the Ministry of Emergencies personne is social by its character. A selection of psychodiagnostic methodology complex has been justified that enabled the candidate to describe different types of activity and predict the behaviour in predicted, accidental and spontaneous risky situations. The mechanism of calculations of an individual index of risk-taking and perception of risk situations by employees is shown. Different kinds of personnel regulation based on the conscioun regulation of professional activity training program are considered in the paper.
