3. The dissertation is about the improvement of the system of physical state estimate of different qualification sportsmen specialized in short and middle distance races. The dissertation is based on development of physical preparedness estimate criteria and functional condition of sportsmen cardiovascular system. During the research next results were achieved: " Informative pedagogic test complex for motor quality estimate of short and long distance runners was selected; " estimation scales were developed for physical preparedness estimate of short and long distance runners from second grade to MS; " the structure of physical preparedness and runners functional state was determined; " the sportsmen functional states were classified; " heart rate vegetative regulation features and interrelation of heart rate vegetative regulation type and runners physical preparedness level were defined. Informative criteria for physical preparedness and runners functional state estimate were determined and based on this was developed a methods of the estimation of physical state for different qualification sportsmen specialized in short and middle distance races. The analysis of research results and experiment data interpretation testify to the efficiency of the developed system for physical state estimate of different qualification sportsmen specialized in short and middle distance races.
