Cultural analysis of popular musical culture formation in Ukraine of second half of twelfth century is opened in dissertation. Such pop culture components as variety, show business and producering are defined. Variety synthesis of arts is defined in the context of scenic sort of arts. Show business is characterized as some dramatic art, staging and theatricality, where own marketing scheme is created, which becomes the necessary matrix for commercial relations. Especially, the producering institute is important, which is studied a little yet. Ethnoartictic directions of musical culture development of Ukraine of second half of twelfth century are evolving in genealogical airspace of its formation. 70th are defined by pop culture explosion because accumulated potential acquires an opportunity of its self-realization.
