Essay

An object is a technological process of plywood fabrication. A purpose is development of the regimes of gluing veneer with high moisture content on the base of developed glue compositions. Methods - gravity (gravimetric); potentialometric; physical; mechanical; randomizations, methods of mathematical statistics. Scientific novelty: new glue compositions are developed on the basis of phenol-formaldehyde resin with the use of different modification matters (resorcin, phenol-resorcinol resin, wheat starch and rye-flour), that enabled to glue veneer with high moisture content; mathematical model for determination of change of temperature and moisture in the glued assembly which enables to forecast eventual moisture of plywood is developed; adequate regressive dependences of shear-strength of plywood, compression coefficient and moisture of plywood from the parameters of the gluing regimes (moisture content of veneer, temperature and pressure of gluing) are received; the optimization model of plywood fabrication from the veneer with high moisture content is developed. Results: the regimes of gluing the veneer with high moisture content are developed. Grounded expedience of plywood fabrication from the veneer with high moisture content. Degree of introduction: the results of work are recommended for applying in industry of plywood fabrication from the veneer with high moisture content on LTD "ОDEK-Ukraine" and LTD "Kostopil'skiy the plywood factory". Industry is woodworking.
