International law aspects of the economical rights of a child, definition of its main types are analized. The notion and types of the economical rights of a child are defined. The instruments of international law protection of the economical rights of a child, which include the activity of international organizations, international treaties and implementation of international standards of the children's rights into the national legislations has been analized. Four types of prevention of the economical rights of child violation is proposed: implementation of international standards of the children's rights; creation of the protection legislation; elaboration of the national programs, devoted to the economical rights of a child; creation of law-executive practice.
