Essay

The dissertation paper is dedicated to the grounding of operating and design factors of the vibrating screen for a thin classification and a dehydration of mountain mass, at which high-efficiency vibroimpact work regime is realized. The results of experimental and theoretical researches of the process of mountain mass bolting of thin classes are presented in the paper. The conditions of the liquid equilibrium in a sieve cell in different cases of moistening and a height of a liquid layer, the presence of a particle of mountain mass in a cell are defined, the equation of liquid motion in a pore canal with taking into account the presence of a net at the output is got. A new construction of vibrating screen with a direct sieve excitation is suggested. The mathematical designing of a vibroimpact motion of a screen sieve is carried out and the method of grounding of the screen factors is developed on the basis of using of binary logistic regression which allows to define factors area at which high-efficiency vibroimpact work regime is realized.
