The thesis is devoted to the investigation of directive acts in spontaneous speech of junior school pupils from 6 till 10. It considers theoretical bases, conceptions and categories of pragmatic linguistics, theories of language acts. The thesis examines communicative conduct and pragmatic peculiarities of children's speech. It describes frequency of usage of different types of language acts. The thesis also analyses pragmatic semantic types of directives, which junior school pupils use in different intercourse situations (family intercourse, school and game intercourse).
