Bratko I. Legal Regulation of International Technical Assistance: State, Tendency and Prospects of Development.

The thesis presents an unique research of actual and practical problems of legal regulation of providing and use of international technical assistance taking into account analysis of wide range of international legal documents, studies the development of international legal relations between donor and recipient state, covers theoretical and methodological distinctive features of regulations of international law in the sphere of providing and use of international technical assistance, analyses theoretical and practical issues related to implementation of international agreements in the sphere of international technical assistance in legislation of Ukraine. The author defines distinctive features of contractual regulations of providing and use of international technical assistance that is gained by Ukraine. In this context concluding the specific treaties is important. They define the main terms of technical and economic cooperation, mechanism of coordinating and providing the international technical assistance and peculiarities of programmes or projects realization within the territory of Ukraine. The author finds the principles of international legal regulations of relations between donors and recipient states in that sphere.
