The dissertation is devoted to the problems of forming the readiness of future doctors for their self-perfection. In the process of the conducted research the author specified the essence, the content of the future doctors readiness for the professional self-perfection and some peculiarities of its formation; also she defined criteria, indicators and levels of this readiness.
