In dissertation for the first time the comparative characteristic of kinematic structure of base technique of motor actions for wrestlers of various qualification and different groups of weight categories was presented. For the first time on the basis of the determined quantitative biomechanical characteristics of base elements of wrestler's motor actions technique, and of the experts' opinions, the methodical recommendations which were directed on increase of efficiency onto wrestle technique training at a stage of freestyle wrestler's initial preparation have been developed. Methodical recommendations onto training of motor actions technique with using of multimedia information-methodical system "Champion" are based on principles of training orientation on development of base technique of junior wrestler's motor actions. The research basic results were used in coach's practical activity for the purpose of training process efficiency increase in kid's & youth sports school, and also during educational process of students in sports high schools for base disciplines in section "The Theory and methods of sports training of junior sportsmen" and during the teaching of discipline "Wrestle".
