Essay

Theoretical principles of the research of personality self-regulation of mental firmness in psychological science have been determined in the thesis. The model of mental firmness self-regulation of a chief of the operative intelligence unit has been elaborated; and the methods of the research have been grounded. The peculiarities of formation of abilities of the chiefs of the operative intelligence units to self-regulation of mental firmness have been examined. The efficiency of the elaborated psychological training for the development of mental firmness self-regulation of the chiefs of the operative intelligence units under extreme condition has been experimentally verified.
