Kalinin A. Professional adaptation of teachers of economic disciplines at the aviation educational establishments

This thesis is devoted to the study of the problem of the professional adaptation of teachers of economic disciplines at the aviation educational establishments. The basic components for teachers’ adaptation to professional and pedagogical activity at the aviation educational establishments are defined and systematized. There has been revealed and experimentally verified the efficiency of the pedagogical conditions, that ensure successful adaptation of teachers of economic disciplines. The pedagogical conditions are: a part of a professional model for teachers in economic disciplines at the aviation educational establishments; the availability of professional and pedagogical orientation for teachers of economic disciplines to work at the aviation educational establishments; the formation of a corporate (aviation) culture among teachers of economic disciplines; the gradual and consistent management of professional adaptation process of teachers of economic disciplines at the aviation educational establishments; the use of active teaching methods.
