Essay

Object of researches: pharmacological characteristics of complex drug Bi-septum. Aim of researches: unite theoretical and methodological approaches to drug development components Bi-septum and investigate pharmacological effects of this drug for meat production by chickens parasitocenosis, at the escherichis end eymeriyas by determining its biological estimation. Methods of researches: the methodological basis of research are conceptual positions of modern sciences: pharmacology, toxicology, microbiology, Epizootology, parasitology, biochemistry, pathological anatomy, statistics, as sewed in scientific works of famous domestic and foreign scientists for clinical research of drugs. Scientific novelty: It is the first time in Ukraine conception of a new drug on Bi-septum researched its pharmacological effect and widely used to treat chickens, patients parasitocenosis caused by escherichia with eymeriyais. The new scientific and practical data on the toxicity of poultry meat after treatment by Bi-septum period of his withdrawal from poultry products. A sensitivity of microflora to the drug and eymerias Bi-septum, is set for toxicity and allergenic properties of antibiotic Bi-septum broad-spectrum. There are also a period of withdrawal of the drug from the body of poultry and its impact on quality of poultry products. Research proved that the biological value of meat derived from birds, sick as esheryhiozas eymeriozis decreases. Determined sanitary assessment of poultry products depending on the intensity of lesions and escherichia andeymeriyas.
