The paper is the study aimed at examining the impact of the decisions by the Court of Justice of the European Union on the development of the law-making in the European Union. It explores the foundations and general rules of the international judiciaries participation in the norm-drafting process of the International Law. The paper outlines main principles and types of interpretation and implementation as applied by the Court of Justice of the European Union in the EU law-making process. The researcher bases her analysis on the decisions of the Court of Justice of the European Union, on the main norms and treaties to describe the mechanism of impact of the Court of Justice of the European Union upon the development of principles of the EU Law and its separate specific branches.
