Proskurina K. Optimization and validation methods of the analysis of extemporaneous preparations which contain nitrofural, pilocarpini hydrochloridum and papaverini hydrochloridum

For the first time with the purpose of improvement of quality of chemical analysis of extemporaneous preparations validation of analytical qualitative and quantitative methods for quality control of medical forms which contain nitrofural, pilocarpini hydrochloridum and papaverini hydrochloridum has been conducted according to requirements of the State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine. For the first time validation techniques of identification of components of extemporaneous preparations on the physical-chemical and chemical methods have been carried-out.. First the reliability of effect reaction of the techniques identification has been confirmed with the help of "efficiency curves". The technique of identification of the papaverini hydrochloridi by the spectrophotometric analysis by correlation of optical absorption in maxima А310/А285 was developed and validated, the permissible limitsto the interval from 1,25 to 1,30 was determined. The scientific researches presenting in thesis are important for development in branch of standardization of approaches to the analysis of quality of extemporaneous preparations in the drugstores and laboratories of the analysis of quality of medical products.
