Savchenko E. Transnational Production Development by Direct Foreign Investments

Research object: process of development of transnational production through direct foreign investments. The purpose of dissertation work is development of teoretiko-methodological bases of research of process of transnacionalizacii of international economic activity and development of scientific and practical recommendations on development of transnational production through the direct foreign investing on the modern stage of mikrolevel of economic development. Research methods: approach of the systems, historical approach, method of structural and comparative analysis, method of statistical analysis, method of ekonomiko-mathematical analysis. Theoretical results: consist in deepening of theoretical and scientific-methodical bases for realizations of international investment activity and determination of organizational-economic bases of development of transnational production through direct foreign investments. Practical results: consist in that the substantive provisions of dissertation work come forward the scientific-methodical providing of making decision in relation to direction of direct foreign investments with the purpose of development of transnational production in a world economy. Scientific novelty: first: the generalized model of making decision is developed in relation to the direct foreign investing in multinational corporations; improved: classification of investments; scientific-methodical bases of prognostication of investment activity of TNK in part of quantitative analysis of estimation of potential of transnacionalisation in a world and national scale; got further development: theoretical and methodical bases of realization of the international investing due to determination of basic forms of adjusting of investment activity on the modern stage of world economic development; it is grounded, that directions of the direct foreign investing are determined the system of strategic aims of TNK. Introduction degree: research results are inculcated in practical activity of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Regional Department of the National Institute of Strategic Researches in Donetsk, Gorlovka City Council of the Donetsk oblast, Donetsk Commercial and Industrial Chamber, "Concern Stirol" (Gorlovka), and also in the educational process of the Donetsk National University of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
